- Adolecents Health education in the Villages of Huancayo .
- Public Health Campaing in the Villages of Huancayo.
- Installation of Clean Burning Stoves throughout in the Villages of Huancayo.
- Primary School Assitance in the village of Huancayo
Lodging and full board in any of the two alternatives that our program offers
- Homestay – City of Huancayo

- Food 3 times a day: breakfast, lunch and dinner from Monday to Saturday, except for Sundays, as Sunday are day of rest for all the workers and the volunteers can discover regional food in restaurants or elsewhere.

Certification:
- Certification of gratitude and recognition for you works as a volunteer, awarded to you by the organisation Esperanza Peru.
Information Package:
- The informational package which will permit the volunteer to have a better and more secure stay in our town and in the surrounding area includes: city guides, maps(Guide of nightlife and restaurants), bus and public transport information, important telephone numbers etc.
Assistance and advice:
- Personnel dedicated to assist, advise and coordinate within our organization.

CONDITIONS:
- As to create no further confusion, we will tell you now which the essential requirements for better work results are. Thank you for your understanding.
- In order to obtain results from your voluntary work, we have set one week as minimum stay a longer period of time is more ideal to achieve the set aims whatever suits you best.
- Do not worry at your arrival to Huancayo; a member of staff will be waiting for you and shall help and guide you safely.
- Cooking, dance's lessons and Spanish classes are friendly and personalized.
- Every price indicated in this web page is displayed in dollars ($).
- You will do your general contribution at your arrival in to Huancayo.
- If you wish to go to tourist places differing from the ones offered in our program , please let us know in advance, we might be able to organize something (more information)
Rights and responsibilities of the volunteer:
A volunteer is any person who freely promises to perform activities for the good of the general public.
The rights of the volunteer are as follow:
- To receive, throughout the duration of the program, the information, orientation, help and materials necessary to perform the assigned functions.
- To be treated without discrimination, and with respect for one’s liberty, dignity, intimacy and beliefs.
- To participate in the activities of the organization that one has joined, taking part in the elaboration, design, execution and evaluation of the programs in accordance with the organization’s status and application norms.
- To obtain an accreditation identifying one as a volunteer.
- To perform one’s activities in adequate conditions of security and hygiene.
- To gain respect and recognition for the social value of one’s contribution.
Responsibilities:
- To comply with the commitment made to our organization and with the contract signed upon arriving - we generally ask for the minimum commitment of one month for the work placement and accomodation as well (changes during the program are possible but difficult and are resolved on an individual basis).
- To safeguard, when needed, the confidentiality of the information received and learned during the development of ones activity
- To respect the rights of the beneficiaries of one’s volunteer activity
- To act in a diligent and solidarity manner
- To follow the instructions important for the development of assigned activities
- To use the accreditation and distinctions of the organization in an adequate manner
To respect and guard the material resources given by the organization.
